New to the southern scene of San Diego steakhouses is Nico’s Steak and Chop House, located in Otay Ranch Town Center in Chula Vista. Nico’s introduces Gaslamp-worthy fine dining to the South Bay with a warm, modern ambiance, conscientious service, and a great menu of affordable steaks, chops, seafood, and more. Sit inside the spacious dining room with high wood ceilings overhead and stone-covered walls all around, dimly light by dangling accent lights aglow with soft red and yellow hues. Or, sit outside on the patio with heat lamps and comfortable lounge furniture to keep you at ease no matter the season.

Notable menu items include the Roasted Beets & Crispy Goat Cheese Salad served with tarragon pesto, to start; 10oz USDA Prime Flat Iron Steak served with mushrooms and onions, or the 15oz.Double Cut Pork Chop with apple sauce, for main entrees; Chocolate Lava Cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Nico’s in Chula Vista also offers a wine list and signature cocktails, such as the Pomegranate Martini and Caribbean Mojito.

Nico's was a pleasant surprise...comfortable, excellent food. Mac & Cheese is decadent... Pomegranate Martinis very tasty. High quality products used in well prepared Surf and Turf.
