Molly's Restaurant and wine bar demonstrates the synergy between wine and food like no other establishment. With its warm, inviting atmosphere, the luxurious dining room and
romantic ambience the Restaurant gives new meaning to romance. The food is exquisite, as are the artisan cheeses and the well-thought out wine selections. While Chef Brian Sinnott tends to remain in the kitchen at all times, the wine director and general manager, Lisa Redwine, is an excellent hostess, offering histories of the wines served as well as recommendations. Redwine is so interested in fine wines that she has been known to waive the corkage fee on rare vintages when she is allowed a taste. Sinnott on the other hand is creative and innovative enough to change guest's menu dishes based on the wine they have brought.
Start off your meal with the Diver Scallops, then follow up with the prosciutto wrapped sea bass. Don't forget to take Redwine's recommendations like the gospel they are.
