Luxus 101 Bistro

Luxus, defined as “an excess of something good” is genuinely conveyed by the American bistro Lexus 101. In its small Encinitas bistro, Lexus 101 delivers a large selection of upscale fused American cuisine that remains consistent with the local tastebuds. Menu items are pulled from an array of restaurants—from high-end steak houses to small mom-and-pop Italian delis. Favorites include the Signature Luxus Burger made with 100 percent Angus beef, crumbled Gorgonzola, melted Gruyere cheese, crispy onion straws, tomato and baby greens, served with a side of Cajun-seasoned fries. All meals are paired and completed with a unique selection of wines from South Africa, Italy, Australia, and California.
