Lot 81 is a restaurant and bar new to the San Diego scene. Located right outside Old Town, Lot 81 is a posh spot designed for both comfort and elegance.

Lot 81’s menu offers a wide selection of contemporary meals for your dining pleasure. Serving up diverse dishes like boneless rib-eye steak, chicken fettuccini in creamy jalapeno sauce, and Cajun seared ahi tuna steaks are just the tip of the iceberg for this restaurant. Top it all off with double chocolate mousse or a tiramisu cake for added decadence.

But if a quick stop after work is what you’re looking for, Lot 81 has a happy hour menu to help quell those hunger pains. Choose from burgers, carne asada tacos, or any one of their appetizers to accompany a glass from their wine list.

Overall Rating:
I went there with my girlfriend shortly after it opened. The place looks really chic and modern, but there was nobody in the place! The waitress was a little slow with our order, but was very friendly and cool to talk to. I don't know if we just came at a bad time or what, but Lot 81 was an empty lot during our visit.
Conclusion

 It's definitely worth another try, but I'm going to have to be "wow'd" in order to make it a regular spot for me.
