Seafood fanatics across town are raving about Le Fontainebleau's Friday seafood soiree. The fish is trucked in fresh daily, the preparation is immaculate and few fans of fine dining will argue that the best part of the buffet is the all-you-can eat lobster prepared in two different manners, steamed and creamed. Also featured on the soiree are quality meats at the carving table, a chocolate fountain and crepes station ready to prepare all their dinner's dessert wishes.
For those looking for a more traditional French eating experience, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday offer the fine upscale cuisine and atmosphere that has made Paris the culinary envy of the world. However, Le Fontainebleau makes a good thing even better by subtly blending in a touch of Asian, Italian and other world cuisines with their classic dishes, creating all new tastes that are more than worth the price.
