The fish is trucked in fresh daily, the preparation is immaculate and few fans of fine dining will argue that the best part of the buffet is the all-you-can eat lobster prepared in two different manners, steamed and creamed. Also featured on the soiree are quality meats at the carving table, a chocolate fountain and crepes station ready to prepare all their dinner's dessert wishes.
For those looking for a more traditional French eating experience, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday offer the fine upscale cuisine and atmosphere that has made Paris the culinary envy of the world.
