your taste buds. Located in Hillcrest, Khyber Pass is a warm, family-owned
eatery with a lot of San Diego
history.
A myriad selection of Afghan dishes can be found on the
menu, like kabobs and curries. Khyber Pass
presents interesting dishes like Aushak, a dumpling topped with yogurt and meat
sauce, as well as crowd favorites like Sambosa, fried pastries stuffed with
beef, coriander, and chickpeas. Khyber Pass offers up a few select wines as well as other
more traditional drinks to wash it all down.
For a serious detachment for the ordinary, spruce up your
