"Seafood with Attitude" is the motto at this fun, hip restaurant. You won’t be bored for a minute with the fun, party atmosphere surrounding the fresh seafood dishes.
Not only will you be enjoying scrumptious plates such as fresh dungeness crab, Alaskan King Crab, and Snow Crab, or one of the fabulous shrimp combinations, you will be entertained every thirty minutes with a routine dance by all the waiters and waitresses!
The fun never ends at Joes, where you can top your meal off with decadent dish of Bananas Foster or Joe’s Chocolate Shack Attack, with six layers of delicious chocolate cake and icing.
I'm on a seafood diet. When I see food, I eat it! wah wah wah. Anyways...I do like seafood, so Joe's crab shack seemed like the perfect choice. The seating, floors, and walls looks like a boat or something similar. It really adds to the atmosphere of eating seafood. The workers were nice and the food was decent. It's called a crab shack, but no worries...the selection is more than "crabs only." In general, it is seafood fare.
We went to Joe's Crab Shack for of course a birthday gathering and had a pretty fun time. The unfortunate birthday girl was forced to wear little butterfly wings and parade around the room. At one point all the servers got in the middle and did some line dancing! The food wasn't exactly anything worth mentioning, but the experience was pretty unforgettable.
I love fried, grilled or coconut shrimp and Joe's crab shack has it. Pretty affordable for a fun, festive atmosphere. Make sure to go during happy hour for the drink and bar snack specials.
