Located in downtown Chula Vista, Jimmy’s serves up breakfast, lunch and dinner for all guests looking for a casual feast of food. The “Home-Style” ways at Jimmy’s spotlight some original creations. Since 2008, Jimmy’s By the Park has been giving guests the option of “Quick-Serve” meals or “Home-Style” menus that take a little longer to whip up. For breakfast, try the signature Jimmy’s Breakfast Steak served with two eggs any style; Broiled Pork Chops served with two eggs; or the Poncho Omelette, stuffed with homemade chili, beans and melted jack cheese. For lunch or dinner, guests can order from a selection of burgers (like the Baja Burger with sliced avocado and melted jack cheese), a Taste of Mexico (like the Enchilada Plate with two cheese, chicken or beef enchiladas served with red sauce), Pasta (Chicken Linguini with chicken breast tossed in a creamy alfredo sauce) or Seafood (like the Golden Fried Shrimp served in Jimmy’s cocktail sauce). Daily specials draw guests in at all hours, and the catering services give guests the option to try Jimmy’s at home.
