Sailboats whirl past the windows at Humphrey’s by the Bay, one of the city’s favorite spots for dreamworthy view, romantic dining, and live music. The restaurant, like dozens of others, serves up California Coastal cuisine, but the seafood at Humphrey’s is so fresh it’s impossible to go wrong.
Most visitors are drawn to the Sunday brunches, and seasonally, the summer concerts. Humphrey’s brunches aren’t cheap, but they offer enough delicious selections to rival the tastiest Vegas buffet: an expansive omelet station, a pasta station, cereals, many hot entrees, herb-coated prime rib, maple brown-sugar ham, fresh seafood and fruit, a dessert station, and most importantly, bottomless champagne. Concerts, held outdoors, range from jazz to rock.
