Grant Grill is the esteemed fine dining restaurant and charming hotel lobby bar at the historic US Grant Hotel in Downtown San Diego. Mixologist Jeff Josenhans and Chef Chris Kurth work together to create a fresh, local, sustainable culinary experience for all guests. Dinner favorites include the Roasted Marrow with pea tendrils, brioche, cilantro, and creamed corn; Grass Fed Strip Loin with sweet potato puree, caramelized spring onions, asparagus, and beech mushrooms; and Local Halibut with chorizo, celtuce, green almonds, and parsley root. From the signature jumbo diver scallops to the house blended custom spices created specifically for the prime meats and fish, guests will revel in the palate of flavors which is part of their market-free cookery.
