Entrees range from smoked salmon with sun-dried tomatoes and shallots in a light cream sauce over fettuccine, to grilled jumbo sea scallops wrapped in prosciutto, to squash ravioli over sautéed spinach. One of the most unique selections is the rollatini: sliced eggplant rolled and filled with ricotta, pine nuts, fresh Italian herbs, and bread crumbs topped with fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella.
