Fiddlers Green Restaurant
Located on the edge of Shelter Island at San Diego Bay, Fiddler’s Green is a place for sailors and sunbathers to quench their thirst and satisfy their seafood cravings. Hosts/owners Steve and Debi Rock give beachgoers a warm welcome with an eclectic, nautical-themed atmosphere featuring tables decorated with sea charts, a fire pit, plenty of sailboat models, and a giant marlin hanging from the wall. Fiddler’s offers a variety of seafood choices, from the “Fresh Catch of the Day” to shrimp scampi pasta and giant calamari squid steaks. We hear the prime rib and homemade mashed potatoes are to die for, and the tuna steak is excellent. A small early bird menu is available to those who show up before 6pm.
