Created by owners Fabrice and Alison, who happened to meet randomly in San Diego, this fabulous French crepe cafe is a popular stop near Little Italy. During a trip to Europe, the pair decided to bring back elements of what they saw in the local cafes. Drawing upon their old-world flair and family-owned style warmth, the duo decided to try their hand at emulating the experience locally when they got back home. Every inch of Fabrison’s was hand crafted by this duo and their friends and family, making sure love got into every nook and cranny.  The result was incredible, as locals were quick to warm up to the crepe and their inviting cafe. A rotating chalkboard menu displays the offers of the day, as each creation is made fresh right in front of your eyes. Fabrisons French Creperie Cafe may be your best chance at enjoying a European favorite without having to leave San Diego.

We don't get to San Diego too often, and as we drove through Little Italy,my husband had just said he was in the mood for a crepe. Right then we saw Fabrison's. They were friendly, and the food was really delicious. My husband had a crepe filled with beef, savory sauce, and vegetables. I had a Nicoise salad: so tasty with lots of capers, tuna, and salmon. Big too. I had the leftovers for lunch today and still have salmon left. Our daughter ordered the fondue with wine and it too was delightful. A crepe-making class began when we finished dinner and we got to make our own crepes! What a fun surprise! We all want to go back.
