Editorial Review of
F6ix Restaurant
San Diego’s hottest new hip hop club is also a hot new downtown dining destination, serving a contemporary menu of shared plates and craft cocktails in the Gaslamp Quarter. After you eat, it's time to party...
The RMD Group has brought on a hands-on approach to developing and managing nightlife projects. With over fifty years of combined experience and a passion for the hospitality industry, it makes sense that the no-no-no-notorious RMD Group would follow their Hip Hop loving hearts in the pursuit of their next venture, F6ix. Over the years, RMD has nurtured and maintained valuable relationships with vendors, djs, promoters, and celebrities, which gives it an edge and advantage in this industry. Dedicated to all things Hip Hop, past and present, F6ix is consistent in musical appeal and is raising the standards for production and atmosphere. From the point of entrance on F Street and Sixth Avenue, party-seekers travel down a staircase and enter the vibrant 6,000 square-foot dance club that is complete with a 50-foot-bar, bi-level VIP bottle service tables, and a prominently situated DJ booth that overlooks the central dance floor where all the action goes down. OCIO has polished this venue with rich and vibrant colors, metallic, mirrored and wood textures, and plush VIP seating that is further highlighted by SJ’s soft blue, pink and red lights that illuminate the club on beat with all the new and hip current jams.
If you are hungry and are looking for more than a night of drinks, head in early from 7-9pm and get a taste of F6ix’s contemporary menu of shared plates and craft cocktails. Click Here to view the menu.
