Evolution Fast Food is San Diego's only drive-thru restaurant offering a healthy, delicious, vegetarian menu. The goal at Evolution is to provide customers with a convenient, healthy and delicious vegetarian alternative to typical fast food. Because Evolution cares about the health of each of their customers and the environment, all of the ingredients are 100% plant-based, cholesterol-free and naturally low in fat. In addition, all food at Evolution is completely vegan, which means you won’t find any meat, fish, dairy or animal products of any kind on the menu. We recommend one of the all-natural burgers such as Mushroom Swiss or the South of the Border served with guacamole, salsa and jalapenos. Try one of the savory wraps such as the Tequila Lime Chicken, the BBQ Seitan, the Tofu Pesto or the Chicken Parmesan. You can also never go wrong with one of Evolution’s cheesy gourmet pizzas. We suggest the White Pie topped with zucchini ribbons, artichoke hearts, vegan cream cheese, oregano, lemon juice, and vegan cheese; or the Spicy Thai Peanut with carrots, cilantro, green onions, diced tomatoes, peanut sauce, vegan cheese and red pepper flakes.
