El Callejon is a staple dining spot in downtown Encinitas, located just steps from Moonlight Beach. The family-owned restaurant prepares recipes that have been passed down for generations. Their Tequila collection consists of over 750 different brands, and their margaritas are made with freshly squeezed limes (no mixes), and are argued to be the best in town. El Callejon is also located in Laguna Beach.
