Editorial Review of
EDEN
EDEN is designed to be a place of pure harmony – a place where people from all walks of life can join together to experience a taste of true utopia free from any assumptions. EDEN checks cultural stigmas at the door and only asks you to be your true, real self while having the time of your life.
Guests are invited to “Eat with Envy” during dinner at EDEN from 5:30 – 11pm. We recommend the Porcini Pillows – house made ricotta stuffed pasta, porcini browned butter, oil cured olive, wild rocket, crispy fried shallot; Short-Stick-Stack – herbed beef short-ribs, sangiovese pan reduction, carrot matchsticks, truffled pommes frites haystack; Black Cat – pecan praline encrusted catfish, creole béchamel sauce, cajun dirty rice, sage mountain farm’s wilted greens; Bangkok Halibut – banana leaf wrapped halibut, thai basil-coconut creme, re-fried burmese red rice, pea shoot sutra; or A Cuban Conquest – garam masala pork medallions, roasted red pepper sofrito, caramelized plantain hash, tomatillo. Some must-try “Sides of Endearment” include Caramelized Plantain Hash, New England Pepper Biscuits and Marscapone-Vanilla Mashers. Thirsty? EDEN offers a paired wine suggestion with every dinner item on the menu – perfection.
When you dine at EDEN there is one rule: you must save room for dessert! The "Sensual and Sweet” menu is absolutely divine, and some of my favorites include Adams Apple – twice baked mcinctosh apple bread pudding, black walnut caramel & buttermilk ice cream; Crème Bouquet – floral infused custard, lemon verbena shortbread; and Southern Comfort – peaches n’ sourcream cheesecake with candied cayenne pecan crust & soco caramel. Holy dessert heaven!
