Owned by Paul Dobson, one of the only professional bull fighters in the United States, Dobson's Bar and Restaurant carries a sleek and sophisticated atmosphere. The brass accents, wooden interior and deep leather seats - in addition to the menu - made Dobson's one of top business dining restaurants in the city. This environment, topped with the excellent and classy cuisine that varies from fresh oysters to smoked duck lures in executives, theater patrons and upper class diners night after night. The house specialty is the mussel bisque, which is consistently raved about by even the sternest critics.
The service is always excellent and Paul or “Palbo” Dobson is known to walk the floor to provide recommendations and friendly hellos. Due to the relatively small size of the establishment, reservations are highly recommended.
