As the Proprietor of this amazing property my staff and I are committed to welcoming you back to create new experiences here at the COSMO, the project came out amazing and the food is excellent, the Saloon offer hand crafted cocktails from the 1800's, the parlor and wine rooms have been left to show the original home of Juan Bandini, and the rest of the property is our tribute to the Seeley era, the 1860's - 1870's, Live period music and always something special going on, things are once again feeling beautiful in old town all of the shop keepers are contributing to the success of old town, come feel the energy, ask for me

Added 07/20/10 Refined and Amazingly Family Friendly

Live music (violin and piano) made it fun like an outdoor speak-easy with a sense of refinement. Drinks included a whiskey flight and lovely mixed drinks that were not too sweet. I recommended the pork cheeks to every bystander who was looking at this new jewel in Old Town. Be sure to have the young man in your life join the "Moustache Club". Breath of fresh air, and a reason to hit Old Town for something other than Mexican.
