Executive Chef Clay Bordon succeeds in simplicity with drinks, dinner, and DJs at Clay’s La Jolla, atop the 11th floor penthouse at the Hotel La Jolla. The fresh, energetic atmosphere reflects the cuisine’s vibrant originality. Each plate crafted with Clay’s colorful flair turns heads while each enchanting item on the wine list keeps guest coming back for more.  

Hungry? Taste the Pan Seared Pacific Halibut with roasted fingerling potatoes, garlic French beans, grilled organic nectarine salsa, and meyer lemon infused micro licorice salad.

Thirsty? Indulge in a glass of Dom Perignon.

Party? Clay’s hosts live music Wednesday through Sunday, featuring house DJs, acoustic guitarists, and emerging local bands.
