The Celadon Restaurant group's latest creation, Chow, has San Diego restaurant enthusiasts lining up to navigate noodles in a simple, elegant interior. Chow serves generous portions of various Asian influenced noodle bowls. And by various, think upper thirties. Specialties range from famed Vietnamese pho to pad Thai, tempura, and low mein. Guests also hound chow for unique rice dishes and a large variety of meat and curry additions. Chow attracts a younger crowd with reasonable prices and large portions, but the full flavor and subtle atmosphere encourages guests to rediscover noodles.
