Celadon Royalty Thai serves up food tasty enough to impress Thai royalty. The ingredients are noticeably fresh, from the seafood and vegetables down to the noodles pressed in the back room. Most dishes are flexible, and the best way to order is to work your way up. Guests first order a rice, vegetable, or noodle base, such as eggplant with garlic, bell pepper, sweet basil and chili; the ubiquitous pad thai; stir-fried garlic, hot basil, chili and mint; or multihued varieties of curry. Then they can request a certain level of spiciness, from the mild-mannered to the mouths-on-fire. To top it off, guests choose their favorite meat, like pork, chicken, beef, or shrimp; or their favorite non-meat, like tofu, mock duck, mock chicken, or plain old veggies. With dishes catered to your tastes, you can’t go wrong. You’ll be saying "korp kun kah" in no time.
