The 100% organic, vegan, vegetarian, and nutrient rich restaurant Casa de Luz San Diego is feeding North Park one gluten-free meal at a time. Executive Chef Denise Girard serves unique breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the daily with large community tables. Soups are prepared with whole-foods, salads without oils and with ground nuts, seeds and spices, and plates are full of vegetable entrees, dark leafy greens, and whole grains. Casa de Luz is a non-profit experimental educational community center.
