Though Café 976 is just one block north of busy Garnet Avenue, this coffee haven is a world away from the hustle.  Located in a converted house – one of the first built in this Pacific Beach neighborhood – Café 976 has been lovingly transformed into a welcoming coffee shop. 

Café 976 offers a wide variety of caffeinated drinks, but also provides a chalkboard full of food options that will surely tempt you. 

Inside the house and outside on the lushly landscaped garden patio, you’ll find a mix of patrons, from college students cramming for finals to young professionals taking business clients out for a morning latte, who feel comfortable calling this café a second home.
