The selection includes: The Rancher (Bacon, home fried potatoes, bell peppers, tomato, green onion topped with real sour cream), The Border Check (Beef chorizo, jalepeno, Jack cheese topped with guacamole and salsa),  and The Mom (A vegetarian choice with avocado, mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, alfalfa sprouts topped with real sour cream and salsa). Broken Yolk offers a variety of other options as well.
