Restaurant Details: Bolillo Tortas is now open in Downtown San Diego! We’re proud to announce our plans to open Bolillo Tortas in Downtown San Diego! Bolillo Tortas will be the Gaslamp’s first restaurant specializing in tortas. We will combine delicious flavors, a comfortable and modern atmosphere and reasonable prices for an experience guests won’t soon forget. Bolillo Tortas will also offer salads that are prepared fresh and made to order as well as 20 international and handcrafted beers and a selection of wines. We will have indoor seating for 40, an open kitchen, bar seating and outdoor seating for 20 on our beautiful covered patio area. We strive to set ourselves apart from the rest. Bolillo Torta will provide parking validation for the 4th and J Street parking structure (up to 30 minutes) or will provide quarters for parking meters.
