Restaurant Details: This newest addition to the Gaslamp is focused on high-quality Mediterranean food with an American attitude. The menu includes six categories: eats, greens, nibbles, dips, sips, and sweets with daily specials offered. Eats are offered as bites or plates. Bites are wrapped in grilled flatbread with romaine lettuce, diced tomato, finely chopped onion, parsley, hummus, and bite m.e. secret sauce. Plates are accompanied by basmati rice and a choice of shirazi or tabbouleh side salad. The Meat Me is a classic shish kabob made with tender chunks of choice filet mignon with vegetables seasoned, marinated, then charbroiled to perfection. The Roasted Veggie showcases fresh eggplant, squash, bell pepper, onion, and cherry tomatoes marinated in an herb garlic vinaigrette. Don't forget to add tzatziki, garlic aioli, shallot yogurt, or avocado sour dips. Try the Mint Lemonade as well--a huge hit since opening day--or something off the great local beer list to enhance your food selections.
