The seaside Bare Back Grill in Pacific Beach just opened a new location in the Gaslamp. The new San Diego Bare Back venue is spacious with an urban downtown edge mixed with the signature beach vibe. Bare Back Grill is most popularly known, and acclaimed, for their burgers. But what you may not know is that Bare Back serves up signature New Zealand burgers with 100% organic beef grounded fresh daily on site, hot buns also baked fresh daily, organic, locally farmed fresh veggies, and all natural chicken.
When heading into Bare Back for a bite, make sure to check out the “Munchies” menu, with such options as Just-Chilin’ – all natural ground turkey chili over a bed of house fried tortilla chips, covered in cheese, chopped red onion, with a spicy red pepper, and Kiwi 3’Some – a fling of freshly cut fries, homemade onion rings, and tempura calamari rings with sweet wasabi mayo and spicy red pepper sauce. And make sure to save room for the famed Aussie burgers. One of our favorites is the Hogs & Heffers – 100% organic beef with bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato, red onion, aioli, BBG sauce and cheese.
