Arterra
Arterra’s food, flavor, and values have long brought admiration and approval by locals over the years. Their farm fresh dining, chic outdoor lounge and prime happy hour make the attractive eatery a go-to spot in North County. The true mark of any distinguished restaurant is its ability to change and grow through the test of time. And in trend-setting style, Arterra recently revealed an innovative menu revamp, a new Executive Chef Tony Miller, and a renovated dining room space. Located in the Marriott, guests can enjoy a full service bar, as well as indoor and outdoor seating. Determined to showcase the best of what defines Southern California, Arterra's food style is eclectic as well as contemporary that goes with the seasonal trends. Even for those that don't have an appetite, can find the outdoor patio to be quite relaxing as they unwind from the day with a hand crafted cocktail or snack on a delightful appetizer while sitting fireside. Whatever time of the day you want to curb your cravings or find a delicious meal, Arterra is there, as it is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Executive Chef Tony Miller imparts upon Arterra his warm personality, authentic approach, and passion for local ingredients to invent flavors with modernization. His partner Sushi Chef Andrew Hoh has become a beloved fixture of the restaurant over the past nine years, constantly providing creatively designed and delicious sushi dishes. New signature dishes include the mouth-watering lobster mac ‘n’ cheese, Moroccan braised beef short rib and avocado butter cake with almond crunch.
