About Brian:
Brian Wennersten is a third generation realtor specializing in East Coast Clients and property management. Working for the family real estate company in development and new home construction in his native New Jersey, Brian moved to San Diego to launch the West coast operations of the growing company in the Fall of 2003.
Soon after receiving his license he began working for a prominent downtown San Diego condo developer on the sales team as an Urban Sales Agent. Wennersten later branched out to residential home resales and has worked for the award winning Century 21 Pacific Beach office and is currently optimizing the internet boom as an exclusive agent with Barry Diller’s state of the art
Realestate.com “I like to give my clients all the information possible. I believe that knowledge is power, which leads to more informed decisions.
Realestate.com has helped me reach out to homebuyers in the very beginning of the home buying process where I can guide them thru the glut of information (and misinformation) to the home of their dreams. “ Wennersten’s East Coast connections have made him the go to guy for clients from the TriState area to relocate out West. “I enjoy helping people transition immensely, it is a big step to make the move to the West Coast, and I am happy to help them get settled with not only a home, but rentals, friends and jobs as well!”
Brian graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental & Business Economics. His understanding of economic conditions and his work experience over the last few years has resulted in his expertise in the local San Diego real estate market.
