Added 06/07/12 Scammers

Scam Artists and Thiefs. According to the Department of Real Estate, Adel Afkarian who was my agent had his license revoked and has been convicted of fraud several times. Him and his cousin Atef Afkarian and Simon Alizadeh setup straw buyers and swindle banks and consumers hard earned savings and homes.

these guys have helped me both buy a property as well as being there when I needed help with modifying my loan.... Very Professional, and delivered exactly on what they promised. We need more people like these guys!!!
