Are you ready Downtown? It’s time to get sloshed! Wet Willie’s, the famous frozen daiquiri bar opened in 1990, now has a new San Diego location. Wet Willie’s is a completely new nightlife and dining concept for the Gaslamp Quarter, unlike anything you can get elsewhere in the city. Everyone loves the sky-high frozen drinks in Vegas, right? Well now you can peruse a variety of frozen cocktail flavors at the new Wet Willie’s in San Diego. Grab a glass, fill it up and party the night away. Frozen drink flavors range from Pina Colada and Sex on the Beach to White Russian, Chocolate Thunder and Mojito Mojo. Even try the more signature flavors like “Shock Treatment” and “Naked Willie”.Wet Willie’s also has tasty menu of munchies, with appetizers, salads and soups, sandwiches, quesadillas and black angus burgers. Try the Cheese Fries, Tequila Shrimp Salad, BBQ Breast Sandwich and Base Model Burger – a half pound of ground Angus Beef charbroiled with Willie’s secret marinade, served on a baked roll with lettuce, tomato, and red onion sauce. There are more than just munchies and, trust us, you might need a few before getting back on your feet after a few drinks. This frozen daiquiri bar is more than meets the eye and brings a unique bar and restaurant combination that San Diego has never seen before. I have mixed feelings about this place. It's more of a fun novelty rather then a local going out kind of place. The jello shots are really tasty and pretty cheep so I highly recommend that. Heck even just popping in for one of those would be worth it.

Just like a trip to some magical 7-11, this place has spiked the slurpee machine. There are tons of different flavors that can be mixed to create even more. Cheap way to start a night.
