Featuring all the amenities of a quirky Pacific Beach lounge, this once nondescript dive bar radiates a trendy beach vibe, following the complete revamp in 2004. Tempt your taste buds with one of their Strawberry Lemon Drop martinis, a blend of Stoli strawberry vodka and Ketel One Citron, a splash of 7-Up, sweet n sour, lemon, and cranberry juice served with a twist. Delight in their discounted Happy Hour drink specials Monday through Friday from 2 to 5 pm or test your strength Tuesday through Friday from 8 to 9 pm for their Hour of Power drink specials. Whatever day of the week, you are always guaranteed a great drinks and great laughs at Thrusters.

This is the place that you don't want to take a date because she will get hit on by the locals. But I will say that if you bring a group of friends, you will have a blast. They have Djs almost every night, drink specials that are share to keep your money in your safe, safe and they have good looking bartenders.(I heard the dudes are good looking, but that's not my bag.) Alla nd all, Thrusters provides a good local PB dive experience.
Conclusion

 Bring your boy7s and girls and enjoy the good times with out the "Rookies" of other bars. "Ahem"(Moondoggies, PB Bar & Grill)
