The Dog is one of Pacific Beach's most discreet dive bars. If you're looking for a place to bite the dog that bit you last night—The Dog is your scene. The Dog serves a hearty selection of domestic and imported beers, with only a few other items on the menu. Aged pool tables, various degrees of rock music, and a diverse crowd create the core of The Dog. Old bikers, emo punks, and blond beach bunnies meet at The Dog.
