The Bullpen has so far lasted where other restaurants and bars just couldn’t hold up – in a central Encinitas shopping center on South El Camino Real. The Bullpen boasts plenty of TVs at every angle and every kind of seating arrangement you could ever want. It is a pretty serious pool bar, so remember the proper etiquette. The manager couldn't be nicer, and he is very hands on, making you feel at home. The food is also notable – they have the usual bites for a sports bar, but there is something for every one.
