Side Bar first acquired acclamation when it opened five years ago as a New York style hangout, upping the ante on VIP entertainment. Following an edgy revamp in early 2009, Side Bar now abides as both a lounge and nightclub, providing a dynamic aesthetic with classic sex appeal. A mismatched array of velvet burgundy couches is set beneath black sheathed crystal chandeliers. A cluster of thirty maroon birdcages dangles from the lofted ceiling above the front lounge. But the real focal point is the extreme birdcage in the back club that houses DJs and transforms into a stage for go-go girls to climb and tease the high-energy dancing crowd that gathers below.
Side Bar hosts the
Five Ten Sunday Intermission Party each week, providing locals a refuge for post-pool partying fun, featuring a in-club Jacuzzi, swimwear dress code, and flowing champagne. Check out the scene:
