Offshore Tavern

I live in PB, and have been hearing a lot of great things about Offshore lately, so I decided to check it out for myself last night. It has an awesome atmosphere, and the staff was completely genuine in terms of customer service and making my friends and I feel welcome. Also, I was very impressed with the value. Seems like they have tons of specials running throughout the week. I will definitely be back!!!

This place was wonderful! Went there last night for the 4th time in the last month and a half. I can't get enough of their shrimp cocktail. Huge, delicious prawns! Best I've ever had. I also had the fajita wrap which was finger licking good. The wine selection is very well put together. Our server was really knowledgeable on the food items and gave suggestions (her dessert reccomendation for the bread putting was right on). We had a great time. Food, ambience and server were top notch. This has become our new hangout! We'll be back soon...

I know you said that this restaurant is located in Clairmont but I must correct you because us Bay Park Locals don't have many bragging rights and know we do with Offshore Tavern and Grill. The food is great and the atmosphere is very inviting. I am a local there and when I go in I know I am going to see a friendly face, drink some good wine and have a great time. I give Offshore 2 thumbs up, meet me there for some drinks.

Offshore Tavern opened up on Morena in the Bay Park area about a year ago. I'm a resident in the area and I love it. It's very upscale - no expense was spared on design. There's a great fireplace, long bar with lots of seating, tons of TVs for sports and tasty food. I tried their Mac N Cheese last time - went well with my beer, very rich and gourmet tasting with a hefty price, $12, but worth it. Check it out - it's a great option outside of Pacific Beach but still central.
