The Gerber Group, founded by brothers Rande and Scott Gerber, owns some of the trendiest restaurants, lounges, and bars in the nightlife capitals of the world, including New York, Los Angeles, Madrid, and Mexico City. This fall, the Gerber Group is bringing their trademarked cosmopolitan luxury to the thriving San Diego nightlife scene with two original creations: The Moonstone Lounge and the Sweetwater Saloon.
The Moonstone Lounge, located on the rooftop pool bar at the San Diego Hard Rock Hotel, offers heaps of cool toys and neon decor. Mini bars and flat screen TVs are casually littered across the venue, while opulent leather lounge seating is stretched over the private poolside cabanas. The lounge even features an extravagant fire pit to add to the whimsical atmosphere.

This is a great trendy rooftop bar at the Hard Rock Hotel in Gaslamp. My friends and I lounged at the poolside cabanas by the fire pits and enjoyed some of their fantastic cocktails. I will most definitely be going back here again

 Moonstone is the perfect mix of elegance and entertainment in San Diego

This lounge was very stylish and pleasing to the eye. It was a rooftop pool area. It's ambiance was relaxing with comfortable lounge seating, a firepit, and cabanas. What i liked the most was the service and the people, I felt the setting made it easier to socialize. When your looking for a cool place to hangout, grab a few drinks and lounge the night away this is where you wanna be, the setting will lighten your mood.
Conclusion

 Moonstone Lounge a great place to lounge, relax, and mingle.

You almost have to be an A list celebrity to get through the door. I went on a saturday and my friend and I thought we'd never get in, but once we did we were loving every minute of it. The aura of this particular establishment was like upscale Hollywood. Along with various cocktails throughout night, solace vibe, and friendly people I felt at home and had a good time.
Conclusion

 This is the hottest place to go, but also the hardest to get into. A great night awaits you.
