Moondoggies, named after a character in the classic Sandra Dee surfing film, Gidget, is a sports-themed bar not limited to athletics of the oceanic persuasion. With its recent renovation, the award winning sports bar in Pacific Beach, Moondoggies, now gives San Diegans one more reason to choose PB for a bit of day, or evening, merrymaking. The aesthetic remodel is just as happening as the specials. Sports fans, get ready, because the new and improved Moondoggies in Pacific Beach now offers over four dozen HD plasmas and a large-screen projector to satisfy all sport-mania lust.
Get ready for the week with daily specials at Moondoggies: Sunday through Thursday. Is any PB Sunday Funday ever complete without a patio party? We think not. Head to Moondoggies on Sunday and score a 22 oz beer for the price of a pint, half off an array of tasty appetizers from 3-7pm. And for the industry folk who don’t have to stagger out of bed on Monday morning, Sunday turns from daytime patio party into Industry Night which will offer $2 you-call-its accompanied by the jams of DJ Joey Jimenez. The Moondoggies event calendar is also creating quite a stir with a star-studded line-up. Appearances by comedians like Dante (Last Comic Standing) have already graced the Moondoggies roster.
