undercooked pizza, inattentive service, go somewhere else

i went there, the food was pretty good. they were busy the service was poor. the waiter brought out appetizer 60 seconds before our meals arrived & on top of it we were OVERCHARGED! i contacted MANAGER who never called me back so i figured i'd wait to see if he credited my card w/o saying anything to me. NO. i will never return & give them my business!

i went to this fine looking joint a couple of weeks ago to (hopefully eat) and to watch a co worker of mine perform live. I waited with friends for two hours, a couple of times inquiring where I was on the list and how will I know if I was going to be called, the hostess told me she would look for me in the bar area. 2 hours later, I was told there will be no more seating any one and no service . I asked for clarificationi and she repeated herself . I was so sad and dissappointed so I left and went to Zuccero's to eat.
