Humphrey’s Backstage Lounge, the remodeled hotel bar base of Humphrey’s by the Bay, is the best place for pre or post-partying before one of the hotel’s famed bayfront concerts. However, the lounge itself attracts quite a variety of live musical acts, ranging from jazz to soul to salsa. When the room fills with merry travelers and musical-jiving locals, it vibrates with cheerful synergy, and depending on the group livening up the stage, can be an unbeatable place to spend a summer evening.
