Located on the corner of 4th and Market, Hooters is a family-friendly sports bar, best known for their signature chicken wings, cold beer and of course, the famous Hooters Girls. Clad in skin tight white tanks, diminutive orange gym shorts, and suntanned nylons, these Hooters girls really know how to keep their clientele entertained. While the Hooters girls are sure to have you drooling, so will their delicious wings which come in flavors ranging from the unconvincingly mild to the fire-starting 911. Don’t worry, wet naps won’t cost you any extra dough. This Hooters location is located right in the Gaslamp district of San Diego, keeping it close to many of the other hotspots in the area. This central location makes Hooters a perfect place to start or end your night. Even if you are not into the usual Hooters vibe, drink specials and sporting events mean that Hooters is probably the top choice when looking for a front row seat to the next big game. Gaslamp Hooters features all types of sporting events including NFL Sunday Ticket, NBA, NCAA March Madness, NHL, MLB, Texas Longhorns Fan Club, Steelers Fan Club, UFC, Nascar and PGA. Every Monday through Friday from 3pm-6pm, enjoy $2.50 Domestic Draft Beers, $3 Well Drinks, 1/2 Price Appetizers. Margaritas have also made a recent appearance on the menu; the perfect drink to take the edge off a scorching summer day in San Diego. I've been to plenty of Hooters, sometimes by choice. Usually we head here to catch UFC events and have always been able to get a table with a good view of the TVs. The chicken wings get a pass in my book, but sometimes it is hard running into girls from highschool.
