I recently went to En Fuego for a lunch meeting, and was dismayed at the poor service we received. I've been there twice before, both times with groups larger than 8, and chalked the slow service up to the size of our group. However, 3 strikes and you're out! We were even ordering from a fixed menu with only 5 options, and it still took ~35 minutes to get our food. Our glasses were empty for 10 - 15 minutes at a time before anyone came by to refill the water and iced tea. The waiter we had made us feel as though he were put out simply by our presence. This is not a restaurant I would recommend.
Conclusion
Poor service, inattentive and rude waiter, sub-par food, and not much in the way of atmosphere.
