Deco's, in downtown San Diego, gets its name from the Art Deco period of architecture and design, specifically as it was manifested in South Beach, Miami. The club exudes South Beach style, mirroring old Miami hot-spots like the Flamingo Hotel and Mac's Club Deuce.

The Nautical Moderne and Streamline Moderne deco style in railings, chandeliers, and funky wallpapering at Deco's make it as inviting and energetic as a nightclub can be. Deco's has several bars, multi-level dancefloors, an outdoor/ top level dancefloor and, of course, a full service DJ booth.

Under vintage lights, crystal chandeliers, nostalgic 1930s Art Deco pieces and hand painted murals is San Diego's South Beach style restaurant and nightclub. Conveying the swank lifestyle of South Beach Miami, Deco's is a sexy destination to dine and dance in downtown's historic Gaslamp Quarter. Probably the best specials in town and its in a great spot of downtown, so you can leave to go somewhere else, when you check out the place.

I use to party @ Decos when I first turned 21 and I use to love going there.But through the years, I guess they turned to the wrong promotors. I last went like 6 months ago and it was a thug hang out.I couldnt believe what I walked into and how much it changed.I do love their specials on drinks, but I think they need to change their dress code. I thought I had stepped in Faces and I was looking for the Blazin 98.9 sign
Conclusion

 I use to love going here every weekend, but I would only recommend this place to my gangsta cousins.

I went to Deco's for the first time and have to say it has potential to be a great club with attractive Go-Go dancers, multiple dance floors, good music, and great customer service. However, most people like myself are big on the type of crowds these establishments attract. There is a dresscode, but they don't enforce it, which attracts a lot of thug looking individuals wearing the minimum. When inside everything is great, but when walking through the club and looking around it just doesn't give off that elegant downtown vibe that all other venues embody.

 Good customer service & music, but lacks the upscale vibe

I went to Deco's in Downtown with out knowing any reputation about it... bnut boy did i find out what it was all about. They pretty much let anyone in- it felt like a high school reunion and thats not a good thing. The crowd there was awful! And drinks were too expensive.
Conclusion

 The only reason I stayed as long as i did was because I had waited so long in the line to get in. Don't waste your time going there.

loved your club

I went to Decos for the 1st time about beginning of august 2007. I loved the atmosphere, the drinks and the customer service there. I love all the dance floors and music. The dj was hot and playin all the hits out at the time. I looked around and I told my friend "we should VIP for her bday in October"? I noticed alot of negative comments about the club but I say "SO WHAT"!!! Keep up the GOOD WORK DECOS!!!! I'll see you guys SOON!! MUAH
