Our San Diego Summer Bucket List series is almost a third of the way through and off to a thrilling start. So far, I’ve crossed off three items from the list: stand-up paddle boarding, swimming with dolphins and riding the Giant Dipper roller coaster, all in an attempt to tackle what locals love and what tourists come here to do during these warm, wonderful summers.
While the first seven items were pre-selected, we’re leaving the last three up to you, the reader. So far, the response has been overwhelming, with suggestions that are equal parts heartwarming and inspiring.
Below, find a few of my favorite email submissions from readers. But the nomination process is not over! Continue to send your San Diego Summer Bucket List suggestions to me at email@example.com and follow me @MichelleDederko.
