It pays to give back at The Pearl Hotel. BYOB returns to this Point Loma boutique hotel, and we’re not talking about beer (for once).
Bring your own bowl and fill her up with free soup this Sunday, November 11 from 4 to 7pm. The Pearl is channeling the soup line depression era days with a cheery new outlook. Free soup will be served to anyone who brings their own bowl, plus fresh baked bread provided by Con Pane Bakery.
The Pearl is also hosting a canned food drive this week. In return, bring your canned goods to donate to Mama’s Kitchen.
If you’re hungry for more, check out The Restaurant at The Pearl’s dinner menu crafted by Executive Chef Jaison Burke. Order a few small plates to share, such as the Steamed Baja Mussels, Beef Carpaccio, Fried Brussels Sprouts and Braised Pork Belly. Or fill up with an entrée dish, like the hearty Steak & Potatoes, Free Range Lemon Pepper Chicken or vegetarian-safe Wild Mushroom Polenta.
