In a new monthly series, they’re staying true to their name and offering up an exclusive Whiskey Pairing Dinner that pairs the culinary creations from the kitchen with an exhilarating whiskey.
Executive Chef Brad Hightow has custom-created a prix-fixe, three-course menu for the night you want to go big before going home. During the month of November, the dinner features Jameson Whiskey flights done right paired with finger-lickin' good foods.
The menu consists of Slow Roasted Pork Belly, Baby Spinach, Toasted Pine Nuts, Sunny-Side Up Egg, Vintage Sherry Vinaigrette with a Jameson Irish Whiskey; Chili Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs, Smoked Mashed Potatoes, Caramelized Brussels Sprouts, Natural Jus with Jameson 12 Year; and lastly, an Artisanal Cheese Plate, Traditional Accompaniments with Jameson 18 Year.The Whiskey Dinner is priced at $30 and can be purchased throughout the month of November.
