2009 Agenda Trade Show Arrives in San Diego

The 12th installment of the San Diego Agenda Trade Show is back this weekend - running from January 22 to January 24, 2009 at the San Diego Concourse, just steps from the Convention Center.

The Agenda Show is a forum for the most inspired in the streetwear and action sports industries to unite. Lines speak for themselves and buyers are not intimidated by the usual overwhelming tradeshow experience. From the garage-run lines on the verge of explosion, to the well-established elite, Agenda caters to the needs of buyers and brands that exist on a higher level of design and aesthetic. With a strong emphasis in style, art, music and culture, the Agenda experience is as much a lesson as it is a tool.

In just over five years, Agenda, the alternative clothing trade show has expanded from a single event to four shows in two cities. Agenda's blend of bold, innovative designers, clothing and footwear have attracted buyers from cutting-edge boutiques on both coasts, Tokyo, London and chains of all sizes, in discovering the next wave of labels. Now in its 30th show worldwide (only 12th in San Diego), this 2009 Agenda Show is slated to be the finest yet.

Admission: Buyers, distributors and press are admitted into the show for free. Manufacturers, suppliers and non exhibiting sales reps and non exhibiting designers are $50.00 per person. Tickets can be purchased at the door the day of the show - cash only.

After Party: Start off the 2009 Agenda Show right with the Official After Party at House of Blues Thursday, January 22nd with (very) special guest DJ Pase Rock and live performances by DJ Jerome Backer III, DJ Hektik and more. There is no dress code for this party - doors open at 9pm - $15 cover. Get the details here.
