The Fortune New Year's Eve Extravaganza works like this:

- The downstairs La Fete Ballroom opens its doors at 10pm and will feature live performances from DJs A Virgin Tear and Superfox.
- To welcome in 2008 in style, the Fortune Crew will host a Champagne Countdown, climaxing at the strike of midnight.
