After completing an expansion, downtown San Diego's Manchester Grand Hyatt possesses the largest waterfront property on the West Coast. Its two towers are among the most prominent in the San Diego skyline, and as you would expect, the views from every single room are mesmerizing. The hotel’s outdoor pool also boasts beautiful bay views from its sundeck, which includes two whirlpools and a fire-pit area for nighttime relaxation. The hotel also has bayfront restaurants for every taste. Sally's restaurant focuses on the freshest seafood, and Lael's is an trendsetter for contemporary cuisine. For a drink and a snack, bistro Redfields is the place to go. Afterwards, take a stroll along the harbor, and don’t forget to look up: the view of Hyatt’s massive forty and thirty-three foot towers from below is an impressive one.
Insider Tip: New to the Manchester Grand Hyatt is the return of KIN Lounge - one of the hottest rooftop lounges in San Diego, now open for 2009 summer season.
